Letter of Credit Forum

Hi ALL,

My question is straight forward. We are requesting Photocopies of documents in our LC. For E.g. Photocopy of Commercial Invoice, Photocopy of beneficiary undertakings, etc.  Transport Document is given outside the LC. However, rest of the originals we do not receive outside the LC. If we go in to litigation with the beneficiary, will those photocopies have some weight in the court of law?
