Good morning,

Our new L/C asks for Ocean B/L Made Out to ABC Co. indicating the same as Notify Party.

All docs must be under the name of company ABC as well.

Our L/Cs so far were asking "Made out to the order of AAA Bank indicating applicant as notify party.

This L/C is not so. Also, L/C Applicant & consignee are two different companies; they are sister companies actually.

This is our first deal with this new customer. I want to be sure that we are safe to get our money in 30 days from B/L date.
