Hi everybody,

The case below is for an LC (MT-700)

I am looking for an acceptable wording when shipment might be effected by air and/or by sea.

The one below is the one I came up  with, can someone check and revert or propose something else ?

: 44E: PORT OF LOADING:

ANY PORT/AIRPORT IN XXXXX AND/OR IN XXXXXX

: 44F: PORT OF DISCHARGE:

  XXXXXXX PORT/AIRPORT, XXXXXXX

: 46A: DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

3 OF 3 ORIGINAL OCEAN BILLS OF LADING AND/OR AIR WAYBILL PLUS 2 COPY(IES) CONSIGNED TO THE ORDER OF XXXXXXX. AND NOTIFY: THE APPLICANT AND XXXXXXXX AND MARKED FREIGHT XXXXXXXX.

No...

Hi Friend,

I will indicate:

Shipment by sea:

-Full set clean on board bill of lading issued to the order.......

Shipment by air:

-Airwaybill consigned to Issuing bank or applicant.....

indicating that original certificate of origin (or other essenttial documents for customs purpose)  accompany the goods...

Other comments appreciated

Ciao
