Please provide your views on below clause: "You may add confirmation to this credit at beneficiary's request and prepayment of confirmation charges".

Hi,

in mt700 it could be a detail of "may add" instructions.

in mt710 an instruction to the advising bank indicate in field 57 to add confirmation even if the rsender of mt710 has not add its confirmation. Direct instruction from issuing bank to the advising bank, not correspondent for Swift RMA:
