Option A requires you to insert a BIC (SWIFT Code)
Option B requires you to insert a location
Option D requires you to insert full name and address
From another source:
"a" : alphabetic, capital letters (A through Z), upper case only
"c": alpha-numeric capital letters (upper case), and digits only
"n" : digits (0 through 9) only
"x" : SWIFT X set:
• A to Z
• a to z
• 0 to 9
• / - ? : ( ) . , ’ + SPACE CrLf
"!": fixed length
"d" ; decimals, including decimal comma ',' preceding the fractional part. The fractional part may be missing, but the decimal comma must always be present
"l": or
"*": number of lines
You will then need to apply the codes to message types, e.g " 4!a2!a2!c[3!c] " means a fixed length of 4 alphabetic capital letters (e.g "SCBL") followed by a fixed length of 2 alphabetic capital letters (e.g. "GB"), followed by a fixed length of 2 alphanumeric capital letters and number (e.g. "2L" ), followed by an option fixed length of 3 alphanumeric capital letters and number (e.g. "3XW").
The first 8 alphanumeric characters are mandatory for a message to be validly sent and the last three optional alphanumeric characters in the square brackets to identify the specific sub-branch etc are optional (incidentally, the "3XW" is a made up suffix in this case).
