Letter of Credit Forum

Hello all, I wanted to know question? I have order shipped last week and while I'm preparing docs . there's document name beneficiary's declaration certify?ng having sent to applicant by ship's bag with goods. What this should mean?? as we are sending the docs to our bank and our bank will send them to customer bank .
