If standby remained silent on how standby is available with which bank,which of the following statement is correct ? 

A. Credit available with beneficiary's bank by sight payment

B. Credit available with the issuer by acceptance

C. Credit available with the issuer by sight payment

D. Credit available with the issuer by negotiation

I'm not sure what Rules (if any) the SBLC is subject to but if under ISP98 the relevant paragraph is 2.01 (b).
