Important changes in the CDCS student Handbook

I have noticed that there have been important changes in the CDCS student Handbook since 2013 because now the CDCS examination has only 100 questions and not anymore 120. Hence I would like to know if some of you who have sit this examination in 2009, 2010 or 2011 have the previous versions of the CDCS student Handbook of the year 2009, 2010 or 2011 and can provide me with them so that I compare and I understand the difference with the new version

I have received no reply to my thread. Even a version of the CDCS Student Handbook a little bit recent like this of 2011 will be helpful.
