Dear All,
I have a question about signature of ?nsurance Certificate. I just lost because of different opinions.
We have received insurance certificate and it appears that certificate issued by X insurance company and signed by president and secretary without mentioning singed by insurance company or underwriter, like this;
Heading- ?nsurance Company-
x
x
x
"?n withness whereof the company named above has caused this policy to be signed by its duly authorized officers, but this policy shall not be vaid unless countersigned representative of this company or assured.
president secretary
signature signature
.
?n my opinion is that this is dicrepancy because as far as I know this insurance certificate/policy must signed by insurance company with mentioning whose behalf it is signed, like this;
X Name of ?nsurance Company
president secretary
signature signature
I will be glad if you share your comments.
Thank you very much in advance.
Hi Friends,
something wrong with this document, is it a certificate or a policy?
Some documents require Insurance Company Signature + Insured Company cunersignature.
It would be necessary to examine the document in full
Try to insert in your post.
Ciao
Yes its not allowed as much I know moreover you have also tried so now I am damn sure about this.
Yes, I did the exam in April, and they were extremely strict...we even had to tear the labels off our water bottles! Anyway, I passed:)
I would like to have copy or record of the test CDCS 2011 and 2010. if you already have them please email me at [email protected]
Thank you so much :)

NOT ALLOWED, of course.
sorry for misunderstanding.
Which of the following statements is false regarding an airway bill?
A) Unless otherwise the documentary credit requires the AWB to show flight date, issue date will be considered as shipment date
B) If a documentary credit prohibits transshipments, an AWB evidencing transshipment is acceptable provided it covers the entire journey stipulated in the credit
C) An airway bill identifying airport of departure and airport of destination through IATA codes is not acceptable
D) A requirement for a full set of original AWB will be satisfied by presentation of one original AWB marked “original for shipper”
Anyone can tell me the answer for this question, However I would go for option C
C. is definitely false, since ISBP 141 expressly says "The identification of airports by the use of IATA codes instead of writing out the name in full (e.g., LHR instead of London Heathrow) is not a discrepancy."
