if the L/C said like this shall we need to put wording "SHIPMENT DATE ........." in all document.

Not Required To Put Shipment Date On All Documents
It is not required to put shipment date on all documents, if your L/C said like this. But, you need to mention the "date" wherever you mention "SHIPMENT DATE".
Mostly shipment date required to appear only on shipment advise. But without the L/C copy I can’t say remaining conditions.
