It is not actually regarding letter of credit. We got an order for which term is open account. In the PO it is mentioned as "Ship To" and "Bill To Location".
I need to re-confirm that in Invoice and BL,
a) consingee should be mentioed the name and address shown in "Bill to Location"
b) Notify party will be the name and address mentioned in " Ship To"
Please advise.

Only consignee can take the delivery order from the shipping company after presenting the required documents including the original B/L or the related dox.
Notify is getting the cargo arrival notification details. You can mention both the address in the notify column , if the consignee and notify required to get the cargo arrival notice
