I am new members of this forum. I need help. 1st of all could you kindly tell me.

If mode of payment is LC & Mode of shipment is BYSEA then can we take delivery from custom authorities on shipping documents r not?

 Also please tell me on which terms we can take delivery from custom authorities on advance copies of shipping documents & on original shipping documents is neccessary to get original documents from vendor.
