I dont think that dox will be discrepant, If dox comply with any one term then its ok. but also it depends on the nature.
I just want to share a case, I have seen LC where in LC states incoterm as CFR XYZ as well as FO CFR XYZ, here bene has presented dox with CFR XYZ, applicant does not have any concerns on that, we made dox comply.
