UCP 500 Art. 26 Multimodal Transport Document
UCP 600 Art. 19 Multimodal or Combined transport document
Both refers to 'Transport Document Covering at Least Two Different Modes of Transport'
It is quite clear that 'Combined LC not acceptable and USDXXX,00 will be deducted from the proceeds'
But how about a LC says 'short form and combined bill of lading not acceptable'?
1/ Does it mean 'B/L covering goods (in container) with another slience shipper, such as Part load container' not acceptable?
2/ UCP 600 Article 20 allows B/L to show a 'Place of Receipt' differ from a 'Port of Loading' providing that a dated on board notation including a port of loading (in LC) and a vessel name.
My question is - 'Does Combined B/L and Combined TRANSPORT B/L interchangable'?
Does Combined B/L and Combined TRANSPORT B/l interchangable?
