Is it acceptable a certificate of origin GSP Form-a stating as consignee's name: TO THE ORDER? Please comment.
The c/o is not an endorsable document. Therefore such c/o should not be asked for.
But if asked for in the credit and it can be presented: who cares?
But very often I receive such docs from Bangladesh when I have not asked for them to be issued to order and then it's a discrepancy!

Hi!
1/ What are LC requirements for CoO?
2/ What is stated as consignee in transport document?
Articles 181 - 185 of ISBP for UCP600 will assist You.
Good luck
