Please note that all Publications you have quoted including latest URR (725) are in my hand but I will refraing from sending them to all requestors due to the fact that they are copyrighted. Furthermore we have to respect those who spent a lot of their time working on those publications. I consider those publications are very cheap when comparing with their valuable information.
