In the BL the shipper has been shown from a country in Asia. While the port of loading is a port in Europe. The LC specifies that BL should show the beneficiary as shipper. The beneficiary is from Asia. The BL has been issued from a country in Asia.
Kindly advise me if the document is descrepant.
Asia is not a country but a continent.
In case you should refer to something contained in art. 14 of UCP 600 check again that shippers address has at least to be in the same country and bear the same name as beneficiaries - unless specifically asked for in the credit under the B/L section in docs required that the shipper is shown with a certain address - than only that address is to be shown.

Hi friend,
it is very difficult to state if a document is correct or discrepant without seeing the document, but assuming that all important details have been described, I mean : Is it the port of loading correct as per L/C terms? Global shipping means that a Bill of lading could be managed everywhere, but goods must be loaded in the place that correspond to L/C.
Other comments appreciated.

I AGREE YOUR OPINION VERY MUCH. THE PORT OF LOADING ON THE BL CAN BE ANY PORT OUT OF BENE COUNTYR IF THE LC ALLOWED.
