Our applicant refused to receive LC documents, COZ THE GOODS ARE NOT IN QUALITY AS PER LC TERMS.
NOW FOR 4 MONTHS, WE REQUEST BENE. BANK TO PROVIDE US THERE DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS, BUT STILL NO ANSWER FROM THEIR BANK TILL DATE.
WHAT OPTIONS DO I DO NOW, I DONT WANT ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON ME ABOUT THIS DOCUMENTS.

Provided that docs are discrepant
and that you have refused docs in line with art.16 of UCP600, as per art.16e you may return docs to the presenter in case that presenting bank's covering schedule did not stipulate instructions how to handle discrepant docs (and you have not included sub-article 16 c iii d in your notice of refusal). However, if presenting bank's covering schedule did include such instructions and they are not replying to your requests for disposal instructions try to insert in your next message to them something like 'unless you would provide us with your handling instructions within next xyz days after the date of this message we would return documents to you at our complete discharge'
