What is the dirrerence between ad confirm lc and lc with reiumbursment clause. can ad confirm lc opened at deffered payment condition
1.IF THE PRESENTATION IS COMPLY WITH THE LC,THE CONFIRMING BANK MUST HONOUR OR NEGO,BUT THE REIMBUSING BANK CAN CHOICE REIMBUSEMENT OR NOT.
2.UCP ALLOW THE CONFIRMING BANK TO ADD HIS CONFIRM ON A DEF PAYMENT LC.

IF THERE IS DICS IN DOCS, BENE HAVE NOT RIGHT TO CLAIMING THE AMOUNT FROM REIMBURSING BNAK.
There is lot of difference between confirming bank and reimbusing bank.
Credit will be availble with confirming bank where as
Credit will not be available with reimbusing bank.
Confirming bank checks the dox, but reim bank not.
